Naia Mar began in 1990 as a small family project—a place created to stay close, share time together, and enjoy the same space. Over the years, the opportunity to grow came naturally, and we took it with the intention of welcoming guests from Mexico and around the world.


In the early days, our family managed everything. Today, we are supported by a mostly local team: warm, talented people who are here to guide you, assist you, and make sure your stay is comfortable and memorable.


We’re proud to be one of the few non–all-inclusive options in the area, offering the freedom to explore Cancun at your own pace—its beaches, flavors, and the magic that makes this destination unique. Our studios are designed to suit different group sizes, travel plans, and budgets, so you can feel at ease from the moment you arrive.
